The agency began with one licensed agent and one desk. It is now four offices across two counties, staffed by people who answer the telephone when it rings.
We are independent. Your policy is placed with the carrier that actually fits it, whether that is Travelers, Citizens, Progressive, GEICO or Kemper, rather than the one we are obliged to sell. When a renewal comes back wrong, we move it.
Nothing here has been automated away. You are given a person, and that person is still here at renewal.
